Therapy is a personal experience. Even if I said a therapist is great, you may not like their style or personality and that's okay! Don't give up if you don't hit it off with the first therapist you try. You deserve to feel comfortable and trust your therapist so it might take a few tries.

You can also contact your employers benefit services or reach out to your insurance itself to find therapist in your local area. Don't be afraid to ask around. Word of mouth goes a long way in finding someone who understands your specific situation.
